Why We Built One Team for Every Stamp
Most rejected documents fail between offices: a notary who did not know the destination, an agent who skipped a step, an embassy rule no one checked. We keep the Notary Public, the SAL submission and the embassy step under one roof, so the person who checks your document at the start is accountable for it at the end.
The Notary Public Behind This Service
Notarisation on this site is carried out by our in-house Notary Public, appointed in Singapore. Singapore Notaries Public are senior lawyers appointed under the Notaries Public Act, and every notarial act is recorded in the notary's register. The notary's name and seal appear on every notarial certificate we issue.
How We Work
- We check before you pay. A photo on WhatsApp tells us the route: apostille only, or apostille plus embassy.
- We quote in writing. Every fee on its own line, with embassy fees at cost.
- We carry the chain. Notary where needed, SAL, the embassy in Singapore, then back to you.
- We update you at each stage. Notarised, at SAL, at the embassy, ready.
Worth knowing
What We Will Not Do
We do not sign on anyone's behalf, handle altered or doubtful documents, promise dates that depend on an embassy, or give legal advice. If a document is issued abroad, we will tell you it must be legalised in that country rather than sell you a Singapore stamp it cannot use.
Questions About Us
Are you a law firm?
No. We are a document legalisation service with an in-house Notary Public. We do not give legal advice; where a document needs drafting advice, we recommend you consult a lawyer.
Do you only work with clients in Singapore?
Yes. All our work — notary, SAL and embassy submissions — takes place in Singapore, for clients in Singapore.
How can I check your Notary Public?
Every Singapore Notary Public's appointment can be checked on the Singapore Academy of Law's public register, and our notary's name and seal appear on every notarial certificate we issue.
Where is your office?
At 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 6pm.
