What to Send Us for an Accurate Quote
A clear photo of every page, the name of the receiving country and office, and your deadline are all we need. If the receiver gave you written instructions — an email from an employer, a university checklist, a bank's letter — send that too; it often settles whether you need an apostille or an embassy stamp.
- Photo or scan of the document, including the back if anything is printed there
- The destination country and who will receive it (employer, university, bank, court)
- Whether you hold the original, a digital file, or only a copy
- Your deadline, so we can tell you honestly whether it is realistic

How We Handle Your Documents and Data
Originals are receipted when we collect them, photographed at each hand-off and returned by tracked delivery or collection. Copies of NRIC and passports are used only for your attestation and handled under our privacy policy.
Questions Before You Get in Touch
How quickly will you reply?
During office hours (Monday–Friday 9am–9pm, Saturday–Sunday 10am–6pm) we reply to WhatsApp messages and form enquiries within 1 hour. Messages sent after hours are answered as soon as we open.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Please book first. Notarisation needs the Notary Public to be present, and booking avoids a wasted trip.
Do you serve clients outside Singapore?
Our service is for clients in Singapore. All steps — notary, SAL and the embassy in Singapore — happen here.
